Play Therapy Central exists to:

• Promote play therapy as an alternative/complementary approach to therapy with children
• Give voice and expression to young children using the medium of play.
• Offer creative approaches to tolerating hard times and facilitating change
• Promote research and evidence based practice into play therapy
• Work collaboratively with statutory agencies such as social care, health, the voluntary sector as well as individuals.
• Provide a therapeutic space to engage children, families and those who work with them

I charge £40 - 50 per Play/Arts Therapy or counselling session.

Many families are able to have their Play Therapy funded either through their school, Children’s Services, or voluntary organisation.

If funding is difficult, please call and I will see what concessions may be available
